Der Wohnkomplex ist umgeben von Spielplätzen und besitzt einen gemeinschaftlichen Pool. Die Kinder liebten es.
Es stand ein breiter Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung.
Der Strand war ca. 8 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Pizzeria auf dem Weg zum Strand. In ca. 10 Min (mit dem Auto) oder 30 Min zu Fuss ist man mitten im Geschehen in der schönen, typisch italienischen Altstadt mit verwinkelten Gässchen und schön hergerichteten alten Häusern.
Die Parkplätze beim Wasserpark sind kostenlos und Nahe dem Zentrum.
