Beautiful location and a very cosy apartment! The lady upstairs was very sweet and offered us pie :) Honestly, seeing her every morning made the day a little better. Further, the view was perfect and the patio was great for a morning coffee. The center was no more than 15 minutes away, where there were many gondola stations which led to the most jaw dropping hikes.
