Easy to get in Great location, nice garden. Really close to the center, about 15 min walk. Free parking, was easy to find. Overall, would recommend this apartment.

Our stay here was perfect. We had exceptional support from Gabriele for an easy check in and departure. The location is in a nice neighbourhood with access to grocery stores and restaurants. The home was clean and very comfortable. The short walk to the Lucca walls encouraged us to walk them all three days of our visit. We had a wonderful meal at Ciacco, one of the restaurants Gabriele recommended, also within easy walking distance in the town centre.

The initial booking was easy to manage. I was really impressed with contact from the owner of the apartment. I had to alter the dates of our stay, by one day, due to a cancelled flight. This problem was addressed within an hour. Further contact was received prior to travelling to Lucca. He spoke fluent English and had lots of advice about what to do in and around Lucca The apartment was eight minutes away from the old city gate and there were plenty of local services and access to public transport. It was spacious, comfortable and clean.

The apartment was excellent, in a good location with lots in the neighborhood. It was a 10 minute walk to get inside the walls of the city. The apartment was clean, with everything you need to make it feel like home. Communication with Gabriele was excellent, if I needed to ask a question he always replied very quickly.

Great location, close to the wall, free parking, facilities in the apartment ,we felt we were at home.
