The flat was on a side street right off of a medium square so it was very quiet. It is a 3-floor walk-up (1st floor is 0)but it wasn't bad at all. If you want clean, roomy, comfortable, close to the water taxi and so many restaurants, view of the people on the streets below as well as a beautiful church and excellent hosts - stay here. I cannot say enough about how much we liked it. I wish we had taken more photos inside the flat.
We loved our stay in this beautiful, newly renovated apartment in Venice. It’s modern, comfortable, and has everything you need. Located on the third floor, it’s in a great part of the city—easy to walk everywhere and close to lots of great local spots. One of my favorite parts was throwing the windows open to hear the sounds of Venice below—the voices, footsteps, and church bells made it feel so alive. When you’re ready to rest, just close the windows and you’ll find yourself in a peaceful, quiet space. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom and shower are clean and stylish, and the kitchen is perfect for keeping snacks or having a simple meal between restaurant visits. Giovanna was a wonderful host and so easy to communicate with which made everything even smoother. We would absolutely stay here again.

This beautiful, newly renovated apartment overlooks a pretty square with lots of great restauarnts nearby. It is close to the San Silvestro stop on the Grand Canal (less than a minute's walk). The owner is super friendly and very helpful.
