1 min walk to ski rentals and 2 min walk to Canazei Pecol gondola. Super convenient. Free parking (No EV charging). Washing machine in place. The room is big. Kitchen with dishwasher. The balcony was cute. The host is super friendly and they have cooperation with lift tickets and ski rentals.
Really great apartment in a smaller block of a few apartments.

Very clean and comfortable / warm / quiet
The owners are lovely. The location is brilliant and short walk to the gondola. The owners also own the rental shop so very convenient and that process was super easy also! Very spacious. All the kitchen utensils needed. The one bathroom was newly renovated. Check in and out was very easy! Had everything we needed. Parking is literally right outside so very convenient to get in and out. We went to the Fassa falcons ice hockey game down the street two times while there and could walk there and back. Everything is close by. Ski locker room to put all of our skis and boots was spacious. Also the swimming center is also just up the street which we went to and would recommend. One of the photos below is the view from the front door.
Parking on site. Very close to ski lift. Close to restaurants. Nice bathroom(s). Huge amount of storage space and cabinets for clothes and ski stuff. Charming hostess. Reasonable price.
Really comfortable and great location. Bonus for ski hire and very friendly family business.
