Spacious, nice terrace and separate balcony and very comfortable. Roberta was also very helpful and accommodating.
Bright, clean appartment. Lovely terraces and pool access
Roberta met us and showed us the apartment. The apartment is down 3 flights of stairs but someone was on hand to carry the bags down for us.
They also carried the bags back up for us when we left.
The apartment is absolutely lovely! Beautifully renovated, spacious and has everything you need. Very quiet area, yet only a short walk down into the town's centre. Roberta (and the rest) is an absolutely wonderful host - she is super friendly and incredibly helpful! Not only did she give us some good tips and help with the bus schedule etc., she also really went above and beyond to assist us with additional unforeseen admin (unfortunately we had some trouble with our luggage which didn't arrive with our flight, and Roberta helped with trying to get us updates from the airport and arranging to receive our luggage on our behalf whilst we were out and about). I would recommend Appartamento 31H to anyone.
Apartment was fantastic, very clean and in a great location but more importantly Roberta and her whole family were extremely kind, hospitable and professional. Fantastic people to deal with
