Clean, updated apartment. Proximity to transport, 15 mins walk. The grocery store and cafe downstairs a plus! Host was very responsive, no issues! Place is like the pictures.
The Apartment itself is complete. It was clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was kind enough to accept the Electric Wheelchair for us so that when we arrive it is already there. He was also very kind to extend our stay for a few hours (for a fee) so that we could still relax while we waited for our next flight in the evening. We liked that the room was spacious for the two of us, even with a wheelchair. We liked that there was a washing machine with soap and clothes conditioner. We liked that there was coffee, oil, sugar, salt and pepper ready for use. It was very well-thought of.
Property had all the amenities listed and necessary for a comfortable family trip. Property is 3 blocks from Tiburtina station. Lots of markets and shopping available throughout the area. Building and neighborhood were quiet. Excellent listing.
The apartment is cozy and clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. It is a 10 mins walk from the Tiburtina train station, and in a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and supermarkets to get by.
It was very hot during our stay but the apartment stayed somewhat cool in the evening so we barely had to use the air conditioning.
We had a great welcome from our host, who came back quickly on the first day to give us the iron which was missing from the apartment.
Everything was perfect. Meeting the host, size and cleanliness of the place. Free coffee provided. Could not have asked for more!
