Very friendly personnel. The location is just exeptional - authentic atmosphere, huge quantity of restaurants nearby. The appartment is not so new, but everything was clean and we could find all important things in it, e.g. washing machine, TV, fridge, furniture, plates, hair dryer. However the most remarkable thing is a pizzeria at 100, Pizzafalcone street (by Dominico Fiorillo). Each day we ordered different pizzas and enjoy eating it with magnificent view at Plebiscito Square or panoramic view at Vesuvius at the top point of Pizzafalcone street. This young pizzaiolo is just a wizard and for sure he is practicing magic preparing "Margaritas".
The location was great and the person the person from the owner was realy helpful and friendly.
The appartment is in a great location, central to all the amenities in Naples but easy enough to get out to the central station for day trips.
The appartment is very large, with multiple rooms for guests however the main bedroom is on a mezzanine above the living room.
Collecting the keys was very easy, with the host team meeting us at the appartment and communicating via Whatsapp. There's an excellent pizzeria opposite and several small mini-marts nearby for supplies.
It’s in a great location in a back street so you get to experience the real Naples. It’s also a good price for what you get. Whilst the beds looked like camp beds they were really comfy. Lovely big towels for a change. The WIFi worked fine. We never used the TV, microwave or washing machine.
We liked the position of the apartment as it was very close to city center, castle and sea. The street might look a bit scary for tourist or newcomers to Naples, but it was just fine. The host was extremely nice too. We also liked the size of apartment as it was really huge and the price for week stay. It had very good value for money ratio.
