Excellent location
Nice host
The flat needs improvement - toilet seat, shower stall, some electrical outlets.
The location is perfect. It’s close to most of attractions. The apartment has plenty of space for me. The host is very friendly and helpful.
This is a nice apartment only 5 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Station. Excellent location for accessing the banks of the River Arno and Ognisanti areas, and within easy walking distance from the central "hot spots" (Duomo, Ufizzi, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio). It is in an area with many cafes/restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped, with adequate and nicely furnished living and bedroom areas, the latter having a characteristic Tuscan wooden ceiling.
Our host Gregorio, was very accommodating and made a special effort to come out to greet us and hand over the keys. He was a fountain of useful information, given both personally as well as later via WhatsApp; excellent and thoughtful for those not too familiar with this great city.
The apartment was very cute and had plenty of space. It was a good location and the owners were very kind and helpful.
We had a wonderful stay in Florence, thanks in large part to our host Gregoria. He was nice and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The location of the apartment was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, including a washing machine which was a huge plus for the family with young kids.
