L’appartamento è molto spazioso. Le stanze molto grandi. È presente un terrazzo con tavolo e sedie per mangiare fuori. La posizione è abbastanza comoda perché in 5 minuti di macchina si arriva in centro Budoni o alla spiaggia. Avere la macchina è essenziale per spostarsi. È presente un microonde, una tv e una lavatrice e se non portate asciugamani e lenzuola avete la possibilità di noleggiarli con una costo extra che viene specificato al momento della prenotazione. La persona che vi ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha spiegato tutto accuratamente e si è resa disponibile per prenotare escursioni e gite o per consigli su cosa fare o dove mangiare.
