We really enjoyed the stay. Luigi was very friendly and waiting for us at arrival as agreed via message. He explained everything and made sure we are satisfied. The location is really nice if you are seeking calm and relax. You have own place at the beach which is just at the doorstep, whole compound is well maintained and full of greens and there is a huge swimming pool and kids pool. Apartment is fresh and clean, and contains all the amenities for your stay. Parking is a big plus.

Very friendly owner who recommended excellent restaurants in the Cavallino Treporti area and in Venice. Beautiful sea view from the balcony, which is spacious and includes a clothes drying rack. Comfortable bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Wide beach with private beach chairs (though they are not always available on the beach). Private parking lot. Convenient location, just 15 minutes by car to Punta Sabbioni, where ferries depart for Venice, Murano, Burano, etc. Only a 5-minute walk from a bike rental shop.
