The hosts were helpful, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions. The location was handy for exploring the old town and the stores nearby. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable.
We had stayed here a few times before Covid and this was our first time back after Covid. We intend to come back again and highly recommend this place.
Spacious, comfortable and clean. It is in a quiet area yet close to the center. Extremely gracious hosts.
The apartment is very large and very comfortable with full kitchen and excellent washing machine. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is roomy. Although we didn’t take advantage of the garden, it is a wonderful area just out the back door. The host, though, is amazing. We were greeted like old friends and given a wealth of information about the area.

Second time I have been there. Apartment is 10 min away by foot from Modena city entre but still quiet. Hosts are mega friendly and provide valuable Tipps where to go.
Appartement is very spacious and everything is available what you need.
