It’s a lovely and relaxing place, sparkling clean and spacious, all equipped, we found everything we needed there!! The area is fantastic also, quite and peaceful, very close to the downtown and from the main sites to visit in Modena, it’s besides a huge supermarket, easy commute to everywhere and full of parking lots… The host is amazing, very friendly and always available in case of some necessity, I really felt like home there!

The hosts were helpful, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions. The location was handy for exploring the old town and the stores nearby. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable.
We had stayed here a few times before Covid and this was our first time back after Covid. We intend to come back again and highly recommend this place.
Spacious, comfortable and clean. It is in a quiet area yet close to the center. Extremely gracious hosts.
The apartment is very large and very comfortable with full kitchen and excellent washing machine. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is roomy. Although we didn’t take advantage of the garden, it is a wonderful area just out the back door. The host, though, is amazing. We were greeted like old friends and given a wealth of information about the area.
