Super clean and comfortable, well supplied, wonderful helpful host, walkable to old town and good base for exploring the area. Great AC and outdoor space.
It is well placed to walk into the old town along a nice shopping street. It is so neat, clean and organised. Honestly in 17 years of Home Exchanging and 30 years of renting we have never stayed anywhere so immaculately clean and Mario has thought of everything to turn what is essentially a small space into a comfortable, cosy and practical little home from home. The air-conditioning works wonderfully (we only needed one unit but there are two). Mario is also full of information about the local area and we had this facinating conversation in a mix of English, French, Spanish and Italian. Wish we were mutually fluent in one so we could have understood more, especially on the local archeology. If you are a couple looking for a base for a few days in the area its perfect. We liked everything. Occasionally you come across a real gem and this is one of them. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, spacious lots of space. Simply excellent.
The Ower of this apartment was a nice kind gentle man the apartment was clean, everything was working very working in a good location in oristano I recommend you to book this apartment
