Great location, beautiful views on the sea, the port and the old part of Portoferraio. Huge green garden. Busstop and restaurant at walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner, who lives nextdoor, is a very friendly and helpful woman. We enjoyed the old details of the house and did not mind the lack of wifi or luxery. The essentials are there.
