Absolutely loved this property! Flavia, the host, is incredible - she is so kind, caring and helpful and meeting her was a true highlight of our trip. She is truly the best. The apartment is perfect, big, extremely clean and very comfortable. The location is great as well. This booking was the best part of our trip and I would highly recommend it.

Our stay at the San Giovanni apartment exceeded our expectations! The apartment is super cute and clean, and the elevator adds a special vintage vibe to the experience. Flavia, the host, was super welcoming, and she also gave us tons of recommendations (even before our trip) on what to visit, where the best places to eat are, and where to hang out. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and thanks to the host for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable.

We liked everything about this apartment. Clean, few steps from metro. Flavia is amazing and very kind. Unfortunately, My husband’s wallet was stolen. Flavia went out of her way to assist us and try to make us feel better. She even offered to go to the police with us. She really made our trip to Rome much more memorable and we were so happy that we met her! On the other hand, the most comfortable bed and pillows! When we go back to Rome, we will not look for another place to stay.! Flavia - a heartful thank you for all you did.. we will never forget!

Very much, very good sleep with excelent bed, excellent bed linen, pillows and air conditioning! Very silent place far from the noisy city but close to everything you need! Very comfy and spacious flat! San Giovanni is a must, has the best gelato in town (Rivareno) just across the street with plenty of options to the lactose intolerants (strawbery, pistaccio, chocolate, coconut, passion fruit, fig). Very nice bars and restaurants in the area, besides Alice pizza al taglio (pizza sold by weigh) on the next block. Metro station is exactly 50 steps away and take you to the major places in town. The owner always very kind and prepared to give suggestions and offer help! We highly recommend!
