Roberto host, was super nice and friendly. He gave us useful tips and provided some tourist cards on how to navigate the city, where to park, and recommended places and restaurants nearby apartments and in Florence. The apartment was nice and clean and we had almost everything we needed.
It was amazing! The facilities were comfortable, everything was excellent!
BEAUTIFUL rooms and great location. The man was very helpful, sitting us down to give us information about travelling and also gave us umbrellas. The beds were comfortable also.

The air conditioner is leaking a little, but it's not a big problem, it can be fixed. The appartment is in a good location, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and so on.
