First of all, I will start from the positive thoughts:
1. It was close to Milan Central Station by foot 20 minutes. And there is no need to use some buses or trams.
2. Home was clean.
3. Check in was smooth, it is not self check in, but were similar to it.
4. Host was taking calls quickly when I need answers.
Negative thoughts:
1. At the beginning I thought that he will give us baby crib, as it was shown in the offers. But then he said unfortunately it is not available. It was late, as I booked it before asking, as I was beliving every information in booking.com is free and correct.
2. At the beginning also he was not answer me so quickly, it also took some days.
