The location is a gold mine. Super central to some attractions of Rome like Trevi fountain, St. Mary Major Basilica, and Roma Termini.
Apartment is situated right near the the central train station Termini but in calm place (no noise) and has ideal location if you have late arrival or early departure. You could use underground (station is right inside Termini building) for travelling to the city centre (3 stops till Spain square, 2 stops till Coliseum and 6 stops till Vatican) and other attractions. The apartment's owner meets guests in order to show apartment and give the keys. Apartment looks very good, it has comfortable beds in both bedrooms, separate bathroom and separate kitchen, all is equipped for cosy living - both for short-term and for long-term. We are grateful to the owner for the help with our vacations in Rome and recommend this apartment for booking.

Was the best apartment in our trip. Great for everything. Location, host, facilities,Two bathrooms, very clean. Was fantastic.
My family of 5 with 3 teenage children stayed here for 4 nights. This property is in a very convenient location so close to the termini station. We walked to most attractions but did use the metro on a number of occasions . The building it is located in is a typical old Roman building but the apartment itself has been updated and maintained very well. 2 very spacious air conditioned bedrooms with high ceilings and 2 well appointed bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area is a bit more modest but still plenty of space and seemed to have everything you would need ( we didn’t use it much).
Even though located close to a busy area when the windows are closed it is very quiet.
