I think we should start with Marco the owner. From booking to leaving Marco was frequently checking in, offering advice on WhatsApp, we never met him but really did appreciate his guidance.
The apartment was superb, everything you could need to spend a week in Rapallo without breaking the bank.
The bed was really comfortable and with the shutters down very quiet, occasionally you may hear the lift but this is infrequent.
There's a small kitchen and a nice large sitting room, WiFi is free.
The apartment is in need of a few touches but if you look at the price it really is unbreatable for that area.
Parking is secure behind locked gates, ideal for motorcyclists with valuable motorcycles.
If you aren't very mobile then the walk in to the town may be an issue.
There are numerous cafés bars and restaurants nearby and Marco will help and advise you with that too.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful host. The apartment was spacious with a well equipped kitchen with an abundance of teas and coffees to use. Large TVs in the lounge and bedroom. A very pleasant balcony to enjoy your meals on or just relax on. Plenty of storage space in the apartment. Easy access to a variety of shops and eateries in the local area.

L'appartement était spacieux, propre, calme, dans une résidence fermée avec place de parking.
Marco est plus que sympathique et toujours disponible. De plus ses explications pour arriver étaient précises et il envoie plein de conseils et de bons plans.
