The host, Felice was really friendly and nice. He helped us with everything and communication with him on Whatsapp was really fast and easy.

The apartment is huge and clean. We were afraid the the air conditioner doesn’t work due to a review I saw before booking, but it's working perfectly in the living room. There's also a fan in the bedroom, so you can easily sleep, even during the summer. The apartment has a cool temperature in general.

Quite area, 20 minutes walking from Acireale train station. Lively neighbourhood with restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need.

Hot water in the shower. Toilet towels but no shower towels and soap is available in the bathroom and the dish sink + all required cutlery.

Felice, the owner, was extremely nice and helpful; always available for helping out if needed. The apartment is spacious; surely big enough for a family or 4 adults; it contains all suppliers needed from the kitchen to the bathroom and garderobe, filled with blankets, clean bedsheets and towels. The location of this flat is also great; few minutes by foot from the main piazza; on a big road where there is any kind of shop you might need, from grocery to hairdresser; about 20 minutes walking from the train station. Despite the location is central and on a busy road; inside the apartment is quite and perfect for working or resting after a long day of wondering around the island. Recommended for short but also longer stays.

Appartamento comodo, ben fornito di tutto e ampio, sebbene non adatto per gli amanti del lusso. Buona anche la posizione,10 Min a piedi dal centro e circa 20 dalla stazione. In definitiva lo consiglio.
