Location was excellent and Rosa was very helpful thoroughout our stay!
Siamo stati a Perugia per Umbria jazz c’era moltissima gente e musica dappertutto, questo B&B È perfettamente in centro, ma allo stesso tempo è in una stradina tranquilla e silenziosa
Di Rosa ci è piaciuta l'accoglienza e la flessibilità di orari! Il posto è molto comodo perché situato nei pressi delle scale per raggiungere il centro storico e nonostante ciò abbiamo dormito benissimo senza essere disturbati da rumori esterni. Appena arrivate inoltre abbiamo sentito subito odore di pulito, approvato!
La posizione era ottima, e la struttura dell'appartamento rispondeva esattamente alla nostra richiesta per le camere. Appartamento in luogo abbastanza tranquillo e silenzioso, a breve distanza dal centro
Ottima struttura in zona centrale, proprietaria molto disponibile. La casa è pulita e dispone di piccola cucina comoda per la colazione o piccoli pasti. Il mio parere è positivo!
