We liked that the apartment was very very close to the sea. The sea was on the corner of the building.
We were met the worker and enjoyed her friendly mood who explained and showed everything.
Everything was clean. The design of it and all things in it was very nice. It was on the first floor so we did not need to take things on the higher floors. We had some cute presents like toy for a kid, champagne, something else. It was pleasant.
The appartemant was lovely, great AC in both rooms, comfort beds, nice kitchen with all you need to make meals, nice TV with Netflix.
Very close to supermarkets, fruit sellers, and a lot of restaurants and gelatos.
But the best was the place - just on the beach with a lot off free parking around, and on top of all - a free kayak and beach chairs and umbrella to take to the beach.
The apartment is very well equipped and quite spacious for being a holiday rental apartment. It is located in a lively neighborhood with all offers you need for your daily shopping and is within walking distance from different public beaches. The proximity to the train station (4 min walking) makes it very convenient to easily visit Genova city center or other locations. We were offered the possibly to leave our luggage in the separate storage room till the time we had to leave on the departure day, which was very convenient.
Spacious, clean and perfectly located to explore Genoa downtown, as well as the surround area. Perfect mix between city and nature.
