Very swanky apartment. Washer/dryer, stove and pots and pans, dishwasher, plates and utensils. Good bathroom facilities. Really hot water. Comfortable mattress. Private patio.

gorgeous, spacious property with a side courtyard and back deck on the canal to DIE for. Easy to get to from the Piazza di Roma, and Set back from the main street for perfectly silent nights. wonderful hostess. Everything about this place is perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at Aqua Apartments. We booked two apartments for our group and the apartments were clean, spacious, and well-styled.(Also well air-conditioned if you're visiting in the summer months). We loved the canal views from our window. The water taxi entrance made it incredibly convenient to arrive from the airport straight to the door. The location was out of the main busy area, but still close enough to walk everywhere you'd want to go. It was also near water bus stops if you needed to go further. We were given recommendations on where to eat for a large group and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd stay here again when I return to Venice one day!

This place was perfect for our family of 6. The Air conditioning was so helpful with the hot weather and the beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient to everything and it was quiet! The kitchen amenities also helped! They Eve arranged a taxi to the airport on our departure.

I woke up to the quiet sound of life on the canals of Venice. I walked out on the little dock and watched workers unloading supplies across the canal and taxi drivers hailing each other. Aqua apartments sits on a quiet canal that gives you all of the taste of Venice and not the touristy bustle. It is close to stores and restaurants but far enough away to give you peace. I loved it and didn’t want to leave . take the water taxi. It picks you up at the private dock
