Restaurant staff, professional and friendly, as well as the SPA staff. Reception staff overall were informative apart from the check in and out where she made us feel inferior and too important to deal with us.
Spa was nice, water in pool could be little more hott, especially a whirpool area.
Room was very big and spacious , we had two rooms, one with jacuzzi bath, But it somehow didnt work, so we were unlucky . Breakfast was nice. We tried also massage. One massage was ok, mine one i dint like. Thai massage should be different than here. After massage i dint feel like new born . Maybe i should choose thai if there isnt thai therapist. Cause not everyone can do thai massage.
Also children should not be alow in any kind of spa area.
Spa is for adult not for children. Children should play and parrent should relax in spa where should be quite. Its not an acquapark how many people mix with.
Excellent location for exploring the mountains of Abruzzo. Swimming pools, gym and spa facilities were very good. Restaurant was reasonable and staff very helpful.
beautiful all over, clean and great pool. lovely location. we will visit again, hopefully in winter this time.
