The fist time you arrive , you send a WhatsApp message and they open the front door . The key you can get from a security box next to the room . We were offered a late check-in because we arrived a little too early or maybe there was a misunderstanding . The position is the best in Torino , you can walk everywhere. The shower box is not big but it is just ok for us, we are medium size . The customer support is great . During check-in online you sign a pdf that looks like a b&b room contract for a few days .
A really smart and comfortable flat, in a nice building. Location couldn't be bettered - near both station and historic town center.
It was comfortable, clean, reliable, and close to the center. We really had fun and felt safe while staying. The employees were very kind and cared for very well.
