The availability of the hosts, the location and in general the state of the flat
Spacious apartment , 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/ we only had breakfast there/ 15 mins walk from central station close to centro storico. Perfect choice for 5-7 persons
The Location was central and breakfast we had in a nearby cafe
