Location, cleanliness, owner was friendly and offered help via WhatsApp. Breakfast was possible in multiple places via a QR code. We have never heard about our neighbors, so the walls are thick enough.
The staff was very helpful and friendly Even though we spoke very little Italian and English, we still managed to understand each other. The man that met us helped us get our football tickets and went out of his way to give us directions. Also, big thank you to the cleaning lady who made us the best Neapolitan coffee we've had.
The location is very comfortable, right next to the station. The view from the balcony was stunning. Would happily come back
Location was ideal close to train station and lots of restaurants. The room was great and included balcony with a view of the beautiful sunrise.
