We had great time in Palermo and the appartment was very good situated, close to the center and the markets. Massimo was very responsive and he came as fast as he could, as we had a small problem in the appartment. I can recommend the appartment.

We had an absolutely great stay at Massimo's apartment! Communication with him was very easy and nice, and we very much appreciated that he welcomed us in person (with fresh ice tea, thanks!). He gave us good advice on directions, eating out, and sights to visit. The apartment itself is wonderful, very nicely curated and decorated, very homey, and the terrace was definitely a big plus for having coffee (which was readily available in the flat, thanks!) in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is perfect, very central with all sights of interest in a walking distance. To sum it up: when coming back to Palermo, we'll definitely stay at Massimo's again!

We had an amazing stay in Massimo's apartment! Massimo is very kind and helpful host, he gives very good information about the local attractions of Palermo. Apartment is very well located, close to main attractions of Palermo centre. It is very clean and well equipped - you will find all the necessary household appliances that will make your stay comfortable. It should be noted, that there is no lift in a building and bathroom is really small, but the great advantage of this place is the wonderful terrace, from which you can admire the panorama of Palermo. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, and hopefully be back there in the future!

The property is located near the Capo market, on a busy street with public transport. You can buy groceries from the big supermarket in the same building or just on the street. The apartment is very well decorated and charming. the bedroom was nice and spacious. There is very long balcony with furniture to take your coffee. The kitchen had all the needed stuff like plates, cooking facilities and ingredients like herbs, coffee, etc. The host gave us very nice welcome. As we were in April the temperature outside was around 15 so we had to switch on the AC, working fine.
