our plans changed and with two days notice, we needed to book a new place in Rome.
We feel grateful to have had this little attic apartment.
It’s tiny and basic, but with charm and in a truly excellent location—within walking distance of many facilities and monuments, but out of the throng of over-touristed Rome.

The apartment is great and quiet and the location amazing So nearby everything and a very nice and quiet area. Lucia was very helpful and super responsive. She even tried to carry our very heavy baggage. The roof terrace is amazing at night and the parking garage a big plus. We will certainly return. Thank you Lucia and Andrea!
Great little apartment so close to all Rome’s sites. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary wine water and drinks left in the fridge which was much appreciated. Parking is in the private garage 5 mins walk from apartment but you need the host to meet you and take down to the locked garage.
