Very clean for a Place with common bathroom. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage even before the check in time. The bathrooms and kitchen were squeaky clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The location is great, in the business center of Catania. There is free parking one block away on the street behind the park with the kiosk in the middle. Highly recommended.

We stayed three nights in Aulino House, the room is very clean and comfortable. Filippo replied our messages or needs in time, we would like to come back again for sure.

The location of the apartment was excellent, near city centre around 20 minutes walking distance or 15 minutes by bus or metro. Room and the balcony were spatious, the kitchen had everything that eas necessary. Even the bathroom was perfectly clear which was important since it was shared with other guests. Our host responded in a few moments and helped us with informations about parking place when we needed it. In front of the apartment there are few parking spaces, but in other parts of the neighbourhood the places need to be payed

everything is neat and clean , city centre is near, everything you want you can ask and have a answer !
