Easy to access, big modern rooms, elevator to get up to 1st floor with a couple of stairs to get up. Found parking out front. Balconies were nice.
The hotel room exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a beautifully designed space that exuded luxury and comfort. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings and a cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was immaculate, with high-quality amenities and a luxurious shower. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the plush robes to the complimentary toiletries. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. I needed an apartment for 3 couples. I'm so pleased I found this one. It is very modern with excellent facilities also clean and comfortable. It is in a relatively good and quiet residential area. The host very friendly and helpful. As a bonus there is a very good roast chicken/pizza take away and also a Eurospar close to the apartment. Having booked many properties through booking.com this is the best ever. It felt very secure. A little out from the centre but worth the small inconvenience for the comfort. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, compared to some of the other places we used in Sicily its like a Palace.
15 mins walk to downtown. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and well decorated. This property has 3 washrooms, which is really good for big groups or family. The balcony is absolutely lovely.
Kitchen is kinda small and can accommodate 4 people at max.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B a Palermo insieme ad altre 2 coppie di amici e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Il letto era comodissimo e ho dormito benissimo.
La posizione è perfetta per esplorare la città, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici.
Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica e rilassante a Palermo! Tornerò sicuramente! 😊
