The host Carla was so nice and helpful, also very flexible with us checking in and out. There are several options to get to central bologna from the place and it was very easy. The room was really nice and we got water bottles and cake from Carla. We are very happy with our stay and are definitely gonna stay here again!

A very friendly and helpful host. I am grateful for all help I got from Carla! The room is clean and cozy, beautifully decorated. You get everything you need for a short stay. Even coffee, tea and delicuous fresh bisquits! The beds are compfortable and I got a good sleep. Clean and well-equipped bathroom. The host provides all necessary information about Bologna. Wonderful place!

Everything we needed was provided. From a bottle of water to shampoo & conditioner. The host is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Great for a quick sleep place but also for more than 1 night - more extended stay. Would have loved to arrive here before walking around the city.

The property is lovely, the host is fantastic and the location is super close to many bus stops, it was easy to get into Bologna or the train station. The bed was bigger than I was expecting and extremely comfortable. We are two friends who shared a room to keep costs down and the bed was big enough that we could both sleep comfortably without intruding on each others space. It's worth noting the property is on a road where cars can sometimes come speeding down quite fast and you are on the road when opening and closing the door. All that said, the property and stay was wonderful and I would definitely consider staying again in future.

Carla is an amazing host. Very clean and cosy house in a super cute neighbourhood. Good connection with the city center, and lots of nearby attractions.
