Great value for money, right on the water, quiet and clean rooms. Absolutely lovely owners, and a fantastic breakfast.

Very attentive and familiar atmosphere, giving good tips about the area. Providing bicycles (free) for local tours. Nice breakfast with daily surprises of freshly prepared pastries. Location directly at the lake and room with fantastic lake view (big balcony).

The hosts couldn't have made us feel more comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. Different home baked goodies every morning and great coffee. The room was large, the bed was lovely, there was a large balcony with a grassy area for sun loungers and a tanle and chairs to sit out and admire the gorgeous lake. The accommodation is about a 40 minute walk from the centre of Malcesine which can be reached by walking along the water's edge past all the bars. It was perfect for us to be out of the main town as it was a little more secluded and we had great access to several spots for a swim in the lake. They offered us free use of their town bikes which were in great condition and perfect for flat rides along the lake. We also hired gravel bikes to tackle the mountain trails for a couple of days and they were so helpful in storing the bikes safely in their garage.
