Luxury is the correct word! The apartment is outfitted with the best of everything ! It is also spotlessly clean. It is located on a quiet street in the Old Town.The hostess went out of her way to help us. She met us in the parking area, helped us with our luggage and then came by the next day to check on us! She left us everything we needed for a lovely continental breakfast..coffee, juice, yogurt and an entire crostata, plus snacks. If you have mobility issues,the walk from the parking area is at least 5-6 minutes.

The Host came to meet us and allowed an early checkin. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property had all amenities you could ask for plus some special sweet treats from the local bakery for breakfast. Another great thing about staying here was that the apartment was naturally cool, during summer, with the added benefit of air conditioning. In saying that, we didn't need to put it on. Also the bathroom was the biggest one we found during our month's stay, modern, clean and beautifully appointed.

Apartment located in center of Gubbio, which is a good starting point for walks and tours. The apartment/kitchen was properly equipped. Nice and new furnishing.
