Very good location and very friendly staff. Price was OK

Nicely decorated rooms, spacious and clean. The location is also perfect.

The location is fantastic! On the third floor with a lift, it had a great view of the strip from the balcony. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Just like the pictures. The staff are kind and attentive.

The owners are a great group of guys. It sounds like they went in together and bought the property as an investment but have since done a good job keeping it updated. They speak various languages, with Andrea being the prime English speaker. The guys want to make sure you have a good stay and give you their numbers to contact them at any time. As opposed to a traditional B&B they don’t serve breakfast but reduced their rates to allow you to get breakfast at a nearby cafe (there is one across the street we went to that had good pastries) and on the block behind the B&B is a Co-op grocery store that has everything. Rooms have a decent sized fridge to hold whatever you buy. Note you are on the main walking street and do get some noise from it. We found people quieted down before 12 and we didn’t feel like we were kept awake. I would happily book here again just for the warm welcome from Andrea and the team.
