Free private parking just in front of the house. The owner helps a lot with all necessary attractions info. Room is big enough for some days. Seems everything is new. The restaurant in front is excellent.

Great location and great quality of the accommodation in general
We got rebooked to the house across the street which has apparently the same owner.
Our stay was pleasant. The host was friendly and offered suggestions what to do in the area. The room was spacious and well equipped, we had breakfast on the terrace with items we bought at the grocery store close by. We had to ask for towels and dish soap to do the dishes, but go that almost immediately.
Francesco takes great pride in his guest house, paying attention to detail. Spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The communal balcony with kitchen and lounge was fine to briefly heat something up in the microwave or make coffee. A kettle for tea would be nice :)
