The villa is spatious, very well constructed, with lot of details in it, fully furnished kitchen, appliances, washing machine, AC and TV. Everywhere strong gate, covers for windows and protection from the mosquitos.
They have thought on every detail.
All under lock, secured, nice yard with parking. Located 500m from the beach and from center (lungomare) where you have supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you need. Owners were very helpful, they run the house very good. It looks better then on photos.
