Sweets and wine from the owner, beds and equipment was all right. Distance to the beach and the bicycles we're quite nice.

Tutto era perfetto. Bellissimo Fabio was very nice. He showed us everything, gave us advice about restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

the apartment has everything you need. even 3 different types of coffee machines (capsules, filter and moka). good wifi connection and good distance from cafes and restaurants. close to the beach and bus stop. the owner Fabio is very friendly and helpful, helped us several times during the stay. The garden is also very beautiful.

The property is matching the photos. The bungalow is semidetached with the terrace. It has nice lawn. There is also a garage to store additional bicycles. The host Gulio is very nice and takes care after both property and the guests. The surroundings is very nice for cycling. Services and the beach are within the walking distance. We could use the internet within the booked price. On the top we received coffee, wine and nice local cakes. Grazie!

Mr. Fabio, the owner, is an exceptional person. He gave us great advices where to shop, eat and how to get to Venice by ferry. Great place to stay if you want to visit Venice, than lay down on the beach. Free parking an bicycles are assured.
