Everything was great-the room was very clean, Giuseppe was very helpful and came to open the door as soon as we arrived at the hotel. He also was available on whatsapp and helped us with tips about how to get to the hotel from the airport. We were also offered the chance to leave our bags after checkout as we had a few hours before heading to the airport. The breakfast was served in the kitchen and guest can also use the terrace.
location downtown and has character i.e. old-fashioned elevator and a nice breakfast area outside. Staff was especially helpful and recommended good place for a spaghetti dinner. Breakfast gal used google translate to learn of my food requests.
Great location if you want to visit touristic city center, very close to the busy area. On the other hand the room was very quiet so even having groups of teenagers down below was not an issue.

The room was in a very good, central location, making it easy. The staff were excellent in every aspect, always kind and willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety and fresh options.
