The location is perfect; you can reach everything in central Rome on foot. It’s less than 5 minutes on foot to Castel Sant'Angelo. The apartment is situated on a popular tourist street with plenty of nice shops and food places. There are also two supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. The apartment itself is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It has a lovely terrace as well. One thing to note is that there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to take stairs to the third floor, though the staircases aren’t too long. Giacomo was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay in his apartment again on our next trip to Rome.

The place is great! BBQ may not obvious in using. Also, needed to make a light on my own on the second terrace. But apart from that, the location, the amenities are great!

Very friendly host. Perfect Location. Nice rooms and a very good bed. Nice shower. You feel very at home in this appartment. It is excellent for two people even for a longer stay (8 nights). The two terraces are exceptional. The kitchen is well equipped (only the dishwasher rinse aid and the salt was empty, so we had to wash the dishes by hand) The only really annoying problem was, that the toilet flushing didn't work properly and you have to flush three,four times. If this problems are fixed I would give it a 10. All together we really enjoyed our stay and would book this flat again

Giacomo is a wonderful host. The location of this apartment is perfect for getting around all the major parts of Rome by foot. Beautiful penthouse place with a super cool rooftop balcony. Thanks for a great stay!
