Beautifully modernized apartment in an old building. Communication with host was excellent before, during, and end of stay. Apartment comes with free parking in a special garage away from public parking with clear directions how to access and to obtain the parking access card and keys to apartment. Apartment was beautifully renovated, clean, quiet with a cute little kitchen (with everything one needs), large bedroom and bathroom with a great shower. Large, wall-mounted TV with good channel selection (we used it as some of our stay was very rainy). Location was fantastic with lots of bars, restaurants, grocery just steps away from Palazzo Ducale, San Lorenzo church, Chiesa del Gesù e dei Santi Ambrogio e Andrea, Porta Soprana, and Piazza De Ferrari.
The apartment was very clean and updated! Luca was an amazing host. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!!
The property is just perfect, all in place, well decorated with all what you might need during the stay. Clean and tidy. Perfect location in the heart of Genoa. Manager very gentil and helpful. Welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some fruits and Nespresso coffee pads box. Well equipped kitchen with home appliances.

Luca was very nice and everything went as planned. The appartement is perfectly clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. A very comfortbale king size bed included. The location is super central, couldn't be better to explore the historic center of Genova.
