We had a fabulous time. The location is great with access to a private beach and the view from the balcony is stunning.

The whole Residenza Bellavista is a lovely place with several apartments, each accessible from the outside. We received very accurate check in information from Michele, the host, via WhatsApp. Getting there was easy. The apartment was really amazing, very modern and fully equipped with all you need and even more. A bottle of prosecco was provided as a free gift in the fridge. We enjoeyd at the terrace with a stunning lake view directly towards the sunset.

Michele was very helpful and enquired regularly during our stay. The terrace and table are big enough for our family of 5 to easily sit and have meals while enjoying the great lake view and sunsets. We also enjoyed the playroom with table tennis (we had taken our rackets along) and table football and the direct and safe access to the private beach via the tunnel under road.

The apartment has 2 small, but sufficient bedrooms and one large living area with kitchen. In the kitchen you can find everything, what you need for your stay, including salt, oil, sugar, coffee, etc...The apartment has a big terrace with beautiful view over the lake. We stayed 2 nights in the end of the October, so we didn't try a private beach, which belongs to the apartment. Michele (the host) is superhelpful to answer all your questions. Complimentary bottle of wine was nice surprise. Parking is near the apartment, the steps from and to parking are not a big issue. We definitely recommend this place.

Zowel de prachtige locatie als het comfortabele en ruime appartement zelf overtrof onze verwachtingen. Bij aankomst werden we door Michele opgewacht, die ons een warm welkom gaf en vele tips over de activiteiten, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Ook tijdens ons verblijf konden we steeds info vragen (via WhatsApp). Het uitzicht vanuit het balkon is werkelijk adembenemend! Hier kan je -op alle momenten van de dag/nacht- uren vertoeven. Ook de bloemrijke omgeving rond het gebouw is prachtig en heel mooi onderhouden. Het strandje, dat je kan bereiken door een paadje dat onder de straat loopt, is de kers op de taart.
