Self check-in process was easy and the accommodation was clean and comfortable! The host sends you a helpful document about where the property is located and how to check-in etc. Great experience, would definitely recommend!
Staff was very helpful with the accomodating . Very fast and understandable explanation about getting inside the property . Room was very clean , kitchen was very good with all the stuff needed for cooking , bathroom very clean . If i go to Bergamo again , definitely i'll visit again !
It was self check, easy, straight forward and hazzle-free, very clean and modern.
It wasn’t too far away from everything, there was a Chinese restaurant across the road, bus stops were really close but we decided to just walk everywhere, the bed was very comfortable and the room/bathroom was very big.
The property was good. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Modern bathroom.
