We just loved the place. It was very spacious (we stayed as a group of 4 where having 2 bathrooms and a shared living room was a huge bonus), well-maintained/clean, had all the necessary appliances & was ideally located close to restaurants, supermarket & well-connected to the beaches (we were by car, which made it very easy to find). At the same time it was very peacefull, the street noise never reached us, where to add to the serenity was a beautiful terrace and the view on the rocks on one side of the apartment and the small garden on the other side of it (with real grass btw, which is watered in the morning, hence, don't hang ur clothes to dry there:) ).

Without exaggeration, "Between Sea and Rocks" is the perfect holiday rental! We have stayed in many Airbnb/Booking-type houses or apartments over the years, but none have been as perfect as this. So clean, elegant and well-equipped, with plenty of space in a peaceful setting, and not too far from all the things you need. Five minutes' drive from Porto Cervo for nights out, but with nice restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance.
