the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice, but hot water didn't last a lot due to the heating system. The service was amazing; air-conditioning was broken at the time, but the manager did everything possible to make it more comfortable

Concurrently located by the train station and bus line. The host was excellent at communicating prior to the visit. The facilities were very clean. The bathroom for the green room was not in the room but private and just across the hall. It was large and very clean. Common areas and kitchen were nice to have for snacks. It was very nice to be able to make tea and coffee when needed. Great value and highly recommend for a stay in Milan!
