Отличное расположение, рядом метро и автобусная остановка, близко супермаркет, много ресторанчиков. Ключи от квартиры нам передали при личной встрече. За два дня до нашего приезда хозяин квартиры был с нами на связи, да и на протяжении нашего пребывания оперативно отвечал на все наши вопросы. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания: холодильник, капсульная кофемашина, утюг и гладильная доска, стиральная машина, кондиционеры в комнатах, что очень важно в жаркую погоду, вся необходимая посуда, телевизор.
This place was really easy to get to from the airport and is about a 5-7 minute walk from the subway. The property was spacious enough for our family and luggage. You don't need to go far to find restaurants and shops, making the location ideal for exploring Milan on foot. While there is some street noise, we found this to be common in all the cities we visited, so it wasn't really an issue. Regarding the hot water, simply turn on the water heater and give it a bit of time. We never ran out of hot water but were mindful and didn't take super long showers.
Great location 5 min walk to metro which only a few stops form Duomo. clean apprtment. Large bedroom. Great that the bedroom and the lounge have functioning air conditioning. Great instructions (youtube videos) for finding the apartment and getting keys. Also great that there was things like shower gel coffee etc for your arrival after long journey. All appliances and utensils you will need (including iron and hairdryer) Would definitely recomend
Location. A lot of supermarkets, restaurants and market nearby. Easy to get by foot to lots of locations like Centre of Milano or Navigli if you like to walk and enjoy the city. Flat has all facilities to stay for weeks if you come for work for some period longer than 1 week. 5 minutes to metro station, buses and trams are nearby as well, perfect infrastructure. Outside is a bit noisy, but you get used in one day, not a problem at all.
Comfortable, clean apartment. Convenient location; not super central but well connected by metro (you can reach Duomo in about 10 mins with metro or 30 by foot). Lots of stores, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity. There is air conditioning in both rooms, the kitchen is equipped, there is an elevator to the apartment. We didn't meet the host but he was always responsive on WhatsApp and gave detailed instructions on how to get into the apartment.
