Location, air conditioning was great, good shower, the bed was very comfortable. It worked out well. Some good kiosks right out the front door.

Enrico was an excellent host, great communication and offered to extend our check out time. We were met when we arrived and everything went smoothly. The location is great and very close to everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Even though there were busy bars outside, it was quiet.

It was a pleasant place to spend time. Comfortable bed and sofa. Bright and sunny living room and kitchen. The owner has a real flair for design! The kitchen is very well equipped with all of the dishes and cookware needed to enjoy a meal. Good towels and bed linen. Our host met us at the apartment upon our arrival and provided all the information we needed, including great restaurant recommendations. The location is a short distance from main square, but enough away from the noise. Lots of wonderful small street eateries just out the door. Close to the university

Enrico s flat is conveniently located 20 min walk from piazza maggiore. It's a lovely flat on the 3rd floor, you have to walk up some stairs. It is in a lovely area full of cafes and restaurants. The surroundings are a bit chaotic, especially in the weekends, many students hanging around there and it can be loud. Good thing is the flat is in the interior, so not noisy, we could sleep soundly. We were welcomed by Enrico's friend who waited for us to give us the keys and show us the place. A very pleasant couple of days near the centre, thanks Enrico

Really wonderful, comfortable, and beautiful apartment in the heart of Bologna. Situated on a lively street with lots of bars, restaurants, food carts (including coffee and a fruit/vegetable vendor right outside!), stepping out the door became an immersive Bologna experience. The apartment itself is shockingly quiet, taking into account all of the life happening outside. The building is representative of Bologna architecture and makes you feel a part of the city. The host was super responsive, and flexible (we changed our arrival time with no issues, even though it was quiet late). The kitchen is well-stocked and the apartment is decorated for comfort but is also quiet quirky and beautiful.
