Appartamento accogliente; sono presenti diverse comodità. La posizione della casa è strategica: a metà tra la pineta e il mare. All'uscita dal palazzo storico, in cui si trova l'appartamento, è subito accessibile la passeggiata di Viareggio. La vista dalle finestre è stupenda ed è possibile ammirare anche il tramonto sul mare. Al nostro arrivo gli spazi erano molto puliti.
