Charming and pleasant apartment, lovely outdoor seating area, beautiful quiet location. Franco and Patrizia were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back.
The perfect place to stay in Tuscany! Firenze, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Pisa, Lucca is just a short drive from here while we could spend our time in a picturesque environment.
The apartment is even more wonderful than in the photos. Spotless, spacious rooms with lovely light coming in the mornings, traditional decoration and an original Tuscan kitchen! It is so relaxing to sit on the verandah with a book or have a dip in the pool.
We were truly amazed by our accommodation and hostesses. We can't be more grateful for Patricia and Franco for their kindness and hospitality. Thank you Franco for the private chapel visit, the wine tasting, all the goodies we were lucky enough to buy from the cellar.
It was an unforgettable week and we were heartbroken for leaving. Hopefully one day we will be fortunate to return back and spend more time at your fairytale residence.

Stunning location in Tuscany. Very quiet and tranquil but also very close to the beautiful towns like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and Certaldo Alto.
Pool was fabulous as was the apartment. Comfy beds and lovely kitchen. Beautiful views from the balcony as we booked the apartment on first floor.
I had a wonderful stay at this charming place! The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, reflecting the authentic Tuscan style. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is calm and charming. The location is amazing everything is close by car. The pool is really clean and pretty (especially at night with the led lights). Highly recommended. Hope I can return next summer!
It was a very warm welcoming from the hosts. The apartment is small but amazingly comfortable. The view from the pool is fantastic.
