Everything was perfect for us. Very large room. We enjoyed the pool, the sauna and we get massages. The supper was excellent and the breakfast was exceptional

Beautiful, classy and rustic buildings did leave a lasting impression. Very secluded and romantic. Close to several of Sicily’s hot spots in the south east. The pool is a great place to start or finish the day, or even spend the whole day there.

We absolutely loved our stay at Borgo del Carato. We had the best nights sleep in the comfy bed and were made to feel very welcome indeed. The relaxed atmosphere was the tonic we needed. Beautiful, characterful buildings and courtyard and an excellent swimming pool in a beautiful setting. The flowering plants and lemon trees were amazing too.

So quiet and surrounded with trees and nature. Food was excellent and staff was so nice. Cleanlines is also very evident.
